Just yesterday I was trying to explain to some students what "grizzled" meant. I wish I had had this picture of Jack Nicholson to show them. I'm not familiar with this film so I'm not sure if this is the same ad that was used in the States, but I was struck by it.

probably ABOUT SCHMIDT, which i think is about a grizzled, grumpy widower. i think. i do like the cloud in the poster.

yeah, i was just checking Yahoo Movies and I think you're right....I was checking because I started to worry that it wasn't a movie ad at all, and maybe just an ad for a product of some sort (i did't pay all that close attention to the overall poster)
