playing at an Ume Festival at Yushima Tenjin near Ueno Park. Ume are plum blossoms and bloom about a month ahead of the more heralded sakura (cherry blossoms). Yushima Tenjin (Shrine) is a famous spot to view them. I didn't catch the name of this woman but she's apparently quite well-known judging by the number of autograph seekers surrounding her after she finished playing.

You'd be hard-pressed to find a better poster child for the camera-otaku than this equipment-laden, bandana-wearing, very sweaty man.
