is having a baby seat in the restroom stall so one can do one's business so to speak without having to hold the little one. Bonus points to this department store for putting them in the men's room as well as the women's (presumably).

Fabulous! These people have their priorities straight! Coincidentally I was just reading an article in BrainChildmagazine.com where one mom was imagining such an "as yet to be invented" contraption. Don't know why, but I am happier knowing such things exist.
